Furthermore, your new colleague will not have to struggle with the registration of utilities, telephone connection and internet access. We gladly will submit you a tailor-made offer in a personal conversation.

Move

We organise the moving-in as well as moving-out of your employee and their family. Our support guarantees a stress-free and positive start in their new phase of life. Should it be necessary, we can also look after their children on moving-day and arrange an exciting and varied programme of free-time activities.

An individual welcome

We would like to accompany your employee from the beginning of their stay. Therefore we will gladly pick them up from the airport and prepare a warm welcome. Our individually tailored programme starts with a trip around the new home city.

Over and above this, we also are providing a detailed information package . This contains important addresses, like for example those of doctors, service providers and other valuable contact-points.

Formalities/authorithies 

We will deal with all to the move related formalities. Our range here stretches from requesting  of the suitable German  residence -and-work permit at a German embassy/aliens office , followed up by the registration of German adress, through to opening a German bank account and the transfer of driver's licence.

We believe it to be very important that all members of the family feel at home in their new surroundings. Based on our well founded pedagogical education/study background and  years of practical experience, we can ensure a  competent and comprehensive guidance concerning local schools and kindergartens . Our range of services stretches from kindergarten /school registration through to arranging a babysitter/daily care and if wished a selection of suitable free-time activities. Because only if the whole family will have a positive experience of life in Germany, your employee will be optimally able to fullfill his responsibilities at work.

The constant well-being of clients is important to us. We are therefore available to assist with any questions or problems, even in the long-term (e.g. extending a residence -and work -permit).
